Mindora provides digital guides, courses, and related resources designed for personal growth and emotional wellbeing. Our website is mindora.academy (the “Site”), and our products, services, and downloads are collectively the “Services.”

When you visit the Site, create an account, download a guide, or make a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

5. Purchases, Pricing & Refunds



Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third‑party payment partner. We never receive full card details.



Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment. By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the immediate commencement of the 14‑day refund period as per EU consumer protection laws. By accessing the content, you waive your right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with Article 16(m) of the

EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).



If you are unhappy with a purchased guide, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined if the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except as required by applicable consumer law.



Refunds will not be provided for the following:


Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded. Misinterpretation or misuse of the content.Change of mind after accessing the product.

6. No Medical or Mental‑Health Advice



Mindora offers educational content only. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Our guides are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified professional for advice about your health or mental health.

Mandatory consumer‑protection rights and any required alternative‑dispute‑resolution procedures in your region remain unaffected.
